- INTERNATIONAL: We offer FREE SHIPPING. Shipping costs are already included in our product prices.

SHIPPING TIME
- Shipping time may vary depending on whether the item is in stock, shipped directly from the supplier, or made-to-order. The expected dispatch timeline is mentioned under the DETAILS section on each product page.

- In-stock items are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order or customized items typically take 3–4 weeks for production and dispatch.

TAXES AND CUSTOM DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
- Product prices displayed do not include import duties, customs, or local taxes.
- As the recipient, you are responsible for paying all applicable duties and taxes required by your country.
- Payment of these charges may be required at the time of delivery for customs clearance.

INSURANCE
- Nismaaya Decor insures each purchase while it is in transit until it is delivered.
- In case of any damage, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
- A signature is required upon delivery, after which responsibility for the product transfers to the recipient.
- If you specify another recipient (such as a gift delivery), their signature will be considered as proof of delivery and fulfilment.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Order cut-off times are guidelines only and may not account for payment authorization delays.
- Estimated delivery timelines are calculated from the dispatch date.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Currently, each order can be shipped to only one address. If you need delivery to multiple locations, please place separate orders.

We deliver worldwide. If your location has limited delivery options, we will try our best to find a suitable shipping solution.

Yes, another person can receive the order on your behalf. They should have the necessary details and identification to accept delivery.
Q. What happens if I miss the delivery?
If delivery is missed, the logistics partner will attempt a second delivery. If unsuccessful again, the item may be returned to the warehouse and re-delivery will need to be arranged.
