Q. Do you deliver to multiple addresses?

Currently, each order can be shipped to only one address. If you need delivery to multiple locations, please place separate orders.

Q. What should I do if my order is delayed?

If your order is delayed, you can contact our support team at sales@nismaayadecor.ae with your Order ID for assistance.

Q. Can someone else receive the order on my behalf?

Yes, another person can receive the order on your behalf. They should have the necessary details and identification to accept delivery.

Q. What happens if I miss the delivery?

If delivery is missed, the logistics partner will attempt a second delivery. If unsuccessful again, the item may be returned to the warehouse and re-delivery will need to be arranged.

SHIPPING CARRIER
Nismaaya Decor (ND) ships via trusted partners like FedEx, DHL Express, and other reliable logistics providers. Tracking details are shared in the shipment confirmation email.

• For bulk or special orders, contact our team for the best shipping solution.

SHIPPING TIME

• Dispatch time depends on stock availability or customization (mentioned on each product page).
• In-stock items: 1–3 business days processing.
• Made-to-order items: 3–4 weeks production + dispatch.
• Tracking details are emailed once shipped.
• For updates, contact our customer support anytime.

TAXES & CUSTOM DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL)

• Orders are shipped on a DDU basis (duties unpaid).
• Import duties, customs, and local taxes are not included and must be paid by the recipient if applicable.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES

• Rarely, extra charges may apply for oversized or heavy items.

SHIPPING ESTIMATE REQUEST

• Share your full address and ZIP/postal code at sales@nismaayadecor.ae for a shipping estimate. Our team will respond within 2–3 working days.

INSURANCE

• All orders are insured until delivery.
• Report any damage within 48 hours.
• Signature is required on delivery; responsibility transfers after delivery.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Delivery timelines start from dispatch date.
• Delays due to customs are beyond our control.
• Orders cannot be redirected once shipped.

Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We provide free return shipping for all eligible returns within 7 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at

sales@nismaayadecor.ae. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions. Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Report damage within 24 hours to sales@nismaayadecor.ae with photos. We will arrange for pickup and replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund including shipping.

Exchanges

Initiate returns/exchanges within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Products must be returned within two weeks.

To exchange, email - sales@nismaayadecor.ae with your reason. Return shipping is at your cost unless the product is defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method. Banks may take extra time to process the refund.

Note: Customized orders will not receive a full refund after 3 days of order placement.
